   January 5th morning, the Vice Mayor Zhang Deping, and his party had  done the research of the instruments and meters enterprises in Laoshan  district, the Standing member of District committee, Vice Governor of District  Wang Qingyuan accompanied the investigation for three enterprises of,  Techen Electronic Technology, High -Tech Communication Corporation and  ShengHan Chromatogram.

  Instrument  industry is one of the key high-tech industries in Qingdao which is an  important support for the real economy "four beams eight columns".  Laoshan has a good industrial base in the instrument industry. At  present the region brought the scale of 14 Instrument enterprises  together ,such as Hexagon, High-Tech Communications,  Luneng HengYuan, Haitai Xinguang, the annual output value is more than 4  billion yuan accounting for more than 9% of the total industrial output  value.

  The next step, Laoshan district will take full advantage of the existing industrial base, Previously, relying on a Hexagon, High-Tech Communication and other leading enterprises, and making the Techen technology, Hiwits instrument, and Shenghan Chromatography enterprises to grow and develop as soon as possible. Subsequently,  relying on the International Innovation Park, Haier cloud, GoerTek  science and Technology Industrial Park and other carriers, strengthening  the directional investment, gathering outstanding research institutions  and enterprises at home and abroad, and further improving the  instrument industry chain. Eventually,  strengthen the policy guidance, increase the support in field of  personnel, finance, industry and other aspects of the instrumentation  industry, build Qingdao instrument and Meter Industrial Park  strenuously, and make the instrument and meter industry to become one of  the important pillar industries in Laoshan.

  During the investigation, the Vice Mayor  Zhang Deping, repeatedly stressed that the real economy is the  foundation and is essential, we have to contribute full efforts to  promote the structural reform of the supply side as well as grasp the  real economic development. Vice Mayor Zhang Deping said:”the  municipal government will increase the instrument industry support  during "13th Five-Year" period ,because the instrumentation industry is  one of important supporting industries in the city's high-tech industry  gathering area. Government departments should contribute reasonable  policy publicity and implementation to support the industry to grow  bigger and stronger as soon as possible.
